Human Resource Officer

Job Role:
-       Providing support for the formulation and implementation of company programs, policies, guidelines and practices in organization development to increase organization efficiency.
-       Planing, organizing and implementing programs in a variety of generalist HR activities, including training & development, performance management, career planning, and other HR functions in order to increase employee productivity.
-       Conducting need assessments and related due diligence work to develop Human Resources System

Qualification
·         Min. Bachelors (S1) degree from reputable universities in management/ economy & development study/ industrial engineering or related fields.
·         Min. GPA: 3 (scale : 4.00);
·         Min. 1 year experience of working in human resources area is an advantage.
·         Good written and spoken in English;
·         Personal skills:

Ø  Good team work and continuous learning improvement
Ø  Self Starter
