The position holder will be responsible for designing and conducting training program for leadership and functional competence.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor/ Master Degree, with min GPA 3.00 (Scale 1-4), preferable from Psychology/ Industrial Engineering/ Management Major

Maximum 25 years old

Strong conceptual & analytical thinking

Excellent communication & interpersonal
*
Creative and people oriented
*
Experience/ exposure in training will be an advantage
