ASSITANT CREW PURSER for Germany Ship ( Salary 1300$)

Max 31 years old
experience in HR Field
Able to write and speak English fluently
prefered experience working in Cruise Ship
Working duration : 10 months on Board.
preferd have valid travel documents

The job holder accountable disciplinary to the Staff Captain and financially to the crew purser.

He/she has to support for the crew Pursers in the settlement of all human affairs of the crew.

• preparation, implementation and follow-up of the crew exchange
- creating the crew change file
- organization of the airport transfers for the disembarking crew
- create and handing over the name-plates
- create anti-drug list
- print and handing over the safety quiz, the board order and the ID card
- registration of credit cards
- register of personnel data in the crew management Fidelio
- creation of the crew photos

• assignment of the manning-numbers in consultation with the Safety Officer
• management of Ruolo Equipaggio, passports, maritime books, medicals, foodhandler findings, certificates and patents
• support for the crew payroll accounts and the disbursement of crew
• processing and transmission of special reservation requests
• participation on security tours in the crew area and Speaker’s Committee and creation of the protocol
