position :

*ORGANIZATION & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT STAFF (OPD)*?

Qualifications :

* Male, 23-25 years old
* Hold min. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from reputable
university
* Have experience in Organization Development/Quality
Assurance/Project leader
* Actively involved in an organizations (college/non college activity)?
* Good analytical thinking and interpersonal skill with excellent
communication skill both written and oral English
* Have initiative and ability to cope with rapidly changing and
dynamic trend/lifestyle
* Young dynamic, creative and fast learner
* Computer literate, especially MS Excell & MS Power Point

Job descriptions :

* Responsible for Process Management Implementation, include : time
management of work process, process control of marketing
implementation, follow up coordination process
* Responsible for Integrated Marketing Program Coordination, include
: Integrated marketing calendar provider, data support integration
provider
