Inventory Accountant
Purpose

Provide information (report) of inventory (in value)

Job description

1. Compliance checking inventory at consignment door
- Compile all the document
- Checking sell out and shipment with system
- All per product code basis and size
2. Provide and analyze inventory and CAPEX report
- Inventory aging
- MGP
- CAPEX
3. Do month end closing and prepare necessary journal entries and encoding it to SUN
4. Prepare the regional report (ICP , Product Category (PCC), Brand Report, Quarterly Report, Risk Management Report) and prepare all related Schedules for Inventory for Audit file
5. Prepare all the general entries related to inventory, costing and, fixed assets, sales adjustment, consignment, etc
6. Execute stocktaking for Inventory, consignment & fixed asset and reconcile the book recorded to secure the inventory
