1. Managing and controlling Regional administration processes, filing, database, documentations, compile report to Project/ Technical and overall Regional Team activities

2. Providing assistance to all regional team member on all regional activity, assignment and administrative purposes such as:

- Coordinating among department/ follow up assignment from regional team member

- Organizing management meeting

- Checking & verifying routine document before seeking approval

- Arranging ticket-hotel accomodation

3. Providing regular reports to the Regional Manager on overall progress and issues such as:

- compiling report related to SITAC, CME, Field Operation (technical activity)

- weekly progress report

4. Managing and monitoring Regional cash flow and Regional operation Expenses process and consolidation to Head Quarter

Requirements:

1) Education:
-Bachelor degree in Economy, Engineering or Legal from reputable university

2) Experience:
-Minimum three (3) years experience as project support staff

3) Human Competency:
- Good communication skills

- Good adaptation skills

- Able to work with tight schedule

- Maintain relationship with internal team member

4)Technical Competency:
- Computer literacy

- Administration skills

- Able to build relationship in local community and government institution
