Research & Innovation Unit Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to coordinate and monitor the flow of product development, basic & consumer research on its units, as well as to assure the implementation of production process SOP and Halal Audit

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree graduates majoring in food science, biology or chemistry from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
* Age between 26 - 35 years old with min 3 years experience in product research, preferably form consumer goods industry development
* Research and development in milk product will be prioritized
* Code of ethics in formulation and production process confidentiality
* Good understanding on the preparation process and implementation of product research and development
* Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skill
* Computer literate (Word, Excel and Power Point) is a must
* High motivation, dynamic and enthusiastic
* Ready to work under pressure situation
