BID MANAGER ( Code: BM )

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES :

Manage and coordinate the tender process and ensure that the bid/proposal documents are completed, submit within the set time frame and comply with internal requirements, RFP/RFQ and Ericsson’s standard and approved bid process and procedure.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor Degree, preferably from Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or Business Administration/Marketing with exposure to Telecommunication knowledge 5 years experience, with 3 years experience in Bid management and preparing RFP/ RFQ
*
Highly developed business understanding, supported by sharp financial analysis Understand the principles of marketing & sales, also market dimension of applications & solutions
*
Good knowledge of Applications and Software Technology, Access Network, Network & Systems (Fixed Network and Mobile Systems)
*
Excellent knowledge and skills in employee perspective, i.e. cooperation, consultative and facilitating skill, willingness to share knowledge, high diversity awareness)
*
Outstanding communication skills (presentation, interpersonal, influencing)
*
Computer literacy and English are must
