PT Kimberly-Clark Indonesia, a multinational company dealing with consumer and industrial goods (with well-known global brands, such as Huggies, Kotex, Kleenex, Scott Tissue, Trenties and Kimberly-Clark Professional products), is currently looking for dynamic and skilled professional to strengthen our fast growing business in Indonesia as:

Customer Service Representative – FMCG (Code: CSR) 

Key Duties:

Ensures accuracy of sales and encoding customer orders in the system (SAP).
Ensure timely order release.
Provides timely information to sales supervisor to help deliver targeted sales.
Conducts regular store check to measure Out of Stock (OOS) at the store level and continuously working with internal Supply Chain and Logistics Officer to eliminate Customer and Trade OOS.
Requirements:

Min. Diploma in Business Administration or Finance equivalent.
At least 2 years working experience in order processing environment or supply chain area.
Computer literacy, especially MS Application, ACCPAC and SAP.
Must able to paid attention on details as well as have customer orientation and excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic working knowledge of English both written and spoken is a must.
